All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum 50% deposit.
Cancellations
As our cakes are freshly made to order, all confirmed orders are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we require at least 48hrs notice. We may be able to offer the order value as shop credit for a future purchase, subject to availability and at our discretion.
Collection & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been collected or delivered, responsibility for the cake passes to you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to take responsibility for any damage or changes that occur after handover.
