Policy

  • Order Confirmation
    • All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum 50% deposit.
  • Cancellations
    • As our cakes are freshly made to order, all confirmed orders are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we require at least 48hrs notice. We may be able to offer the order value as shop credit for a future purchase, subject to availability and at our discretion.
  • Collection & Delivery Responsibility
    • Once your order has been collected or delivered, responsibility for the cake passes to you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to take responsibility for any damage or changes that occur after handover.
